- Outsiders are the rejects of what the scientists were unable to achieve with their experiments, who manage to survive, but have been scarred in more than one way.
Outsiders do not have any special abilities, but they either have prosthetic metal limbs, missing limbs, or Major Bodily Scarring.
When creating your Outsider, you will need to choose who your commander is, but be very careful, not all your commanders are... sane. [W-074 Does not get to have Outsiders work under her, she is still too inexperienced.]
If your Commander is not present, you will be given orders by another or by your Chief, Malestrum.
